Description

The Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of technicians on the assigned shift, ensuring that product attributes meet established specifications. This role monitors and analyzes quality and process data, conducts statistical evaluations, identifies trends, documents performance measures, and recommends process improvements. The supervisor manages pre-operational and operational inspections to maintain regulatory compliance and participates in internal quality audits. They assist with food safety and quality audits of suppliers and vendors, communicate with suppliers to obtain necessary information, post required documentation to customer websites, and retrieve testing results from external laboratory portals. Additionally, the supervisor oversees the calibration of technical equipment and leads Glass & Brittle Plastics audits as well as Good Manufacturing Practices audits, generating monthly audit reports, sharing findings with relevant departments, and issuing Maintenance Work Order Requests when corrective actions are needed. 3rd shift: 10pm to 6:00 am

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
