Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Shift: First Shift

Location: Farmingdale, NY

Pay: $25 hour

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance on equipment, identify faulty equipment, acquire necessary parts, and complete repairs. You will be responsible for maintenance and repairs in a manufacturing facility related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and various structural components.

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and structural systems.

Identify faulty equipment and acquire necessary parts for repairs. Complete assigned work within specified timeframes and according to specifications. Cooperate with other employees and maintain a safe working environment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.

Essential Skills

Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and safety procedures. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisors.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
