Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at a Global Specialty Materials company in Holliston, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate fulfillment of daily film orders while maintaining a clean and organized distribution center.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate fulfillment of daily film orders.

Pull and cut film according to order specifications.

Label products and prepare them for shipping.

Be dependable and show up to work on time.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.

Monitor inventory and communicate results to lead, supervisor, or manager.

Operate machinery safely and train others on proper use.

Handle shipping and receiving duties, including unloading, loading, and monitoring returns.

Assemble boxes and packaging items.

Perform customer service duties and take calls for Inside Sales as required.

Ensure personal and team safety by following company safety protocols.

Essential Skills

2-4 years of warehouse experience.

Experience with computers.

Forklift experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to fully understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to operate basic office equipment like printers, computers, plotters, facsimile machines, copy machines, and telephone systems.

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the day.

Experience with material handling, including use of pallet jacks, ladders, transport carts, and forklifts.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Team-oriented mentality.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean warehouse with a 25,000 square foot facility that is both heated and air-conditioned. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A valid driver's license is required.

This is a Contract position based out of Holliston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
