Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Modesto, California. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations by managing key administrative tasks and providing support across various office activities. Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Prepare, manage, and distribute correspondence and documentation as needed.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing and delivery.

Perform accurate data entry to update records and maintain databases.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from internal teams and external contacts.

Answer inbound calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Support receptionist duties by greeting visitors and managing front desk activities.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of administrative operations.

Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as required. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in managing physical and digital files with attention to detail.

Strong data entry skills, including accuracy and speed.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.

Familiarity with office software and tools, such as word processing and spreadsheets.

Organizational skills to manage time and resources efficiently.
