We're hiring for an Administrative Coordinator!

Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join a dynamic and evolving administrative team. This role serves as the primary intake point for documentation related to tag and title processing, insurance, and registration. Responsibilities include scanning, filing, gathering documents, and managing ticketing workflows. The coordinator will route work to other team members who handle processing.

The ideal candidate is flexible, tech-savvy, and thrives in a collaborative environment where processes are still being developed. This position is part of a team that values growth, learning, and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

Serve as intake for documentation related to tag/title, insurance, and registration

Scan, file, and organize documents accurately

Manage ticketing workflows

Communicate with internal and external contacts via phone and email

Support team members by routing work efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative support experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Comfortable handling phone calls with internal and external contacts

Experience with ticketing systems

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of insurance and registration processes

Dealership experience

Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables)

IT-savvy and adaptable to new systems

Data entry, administrative support, filing, copying, scanning

Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency)

Problem-solving mindset

Organizational skills and flexibility

Professional demeanor and collaborative approach

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Augustine, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
