The ideal candidate will demonstrate independent judgment, strategic and diplomatic thinking and the ability to lead business development efforts while building consensus. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects, analyze data effectively, and collaborate across teams. Advanced proficiency in computer applications; familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable. Deep understanding of business operations and a strong commitment to client service excellence. Demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Unwavering work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.The salary range for this position is from $140,000 - $160,000, which reflects the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
