JOB SUMMARY:

Business Operational Concepts (BOC) is currently seeking a motivated and organized Project Assistant to support project planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution activities. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to build foundational experience in project management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks

Track project schedules, action items, and deliverables

Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up communications

Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers

Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders as directed

Monitor task progress and escalate issues or risks to the Project Manager

Assist with onboarding/offboarding coordination and general project logistics

Help ensure projects follow established processes and timelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required (Minimum) Qualifications -- Education, Certification, Experience, and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (or equivalent tools)

Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications -- Education, Certification, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Prior office, administrative, customer service, or coordination experience

Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

Interest in pursuing a career in project management or operations
