Entry Level CNC Machine Operator Trainee - $20-$24/hr

Locations: Teutopolis and Effingham, IL

Shift: Primarily 2nd and 3rd shift shift but some 1st available

What You'll Do:

Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently

Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are met

Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform minor adjustments

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Utilize CNC equipment including saws, drills, and banders

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a machine operator or related field preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical instructions

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
