FOOD SERVICE WORKER $18/HR TO $21/HR START ASAP!!! - Start ASAP!

Job Description

As a Dishwasher Lead, you will oversee the dishwashing team and ensure smooth, efficient, and sanitary operations in the kitchen. You'll be responsible for supervising dishwashing staff, maintaining cleanliness standards, coordinating with kitchen leadership, and assisting with closing and sanitation procedures. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to food safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support dishwashing staff during shifts.

Ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.

Monitor dishwashing schedules and assign tasks to maintain workflow.

Train new dishwashing staff on proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.

Assist with kitchen and cafeteria cleanup, including floors, trash, and equipment.

Communicate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards.

Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience as a dishwasher, porter, or in a supervisory role.

Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment.

Experience in food service or hospitality settings preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment

This role is based in a kitchen and cafeteria setting where maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is the top priority. You'll lead a small team, coordinate with cooks and servers, and ensure the dishwashing area runs

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of River Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
