For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com What You'll Be Doing: Building and managing a land development teamClient and business development, communicating with clients and local and state agenciesAttending public hearings as neededHiring and mentoring junior staffManaging project scopes, schedules, and budgetsWriting contracts and reviewing invoicesEnsuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documentsPreparing construction drawings, plans, and project specificationsWhat You Bring to the Table: BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited programPE license is required10+ years of experience with site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management Experience in land development design, including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment controlExperience in project management or the ambition to become a leader within the organizationCommunication skills for public hearings and working with public agenciesWorking knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3DRequirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final considerationRead, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English languageBasic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with othe
