As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol Rounds in Columbus, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of patrol activities and incidents as required by site procedures.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.

Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific policies and procedures while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
