As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license as you conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to management and/or law enforcement as directed.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and interacting with visitors as needed.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.

Collaborate with retail staff and management to support a positive experience for employees and customers.

Minimum Requirements:

An armed guard card or license is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
