As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with post orders.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and site protocols.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related needs and concerns.

Remain alert and observant to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other unauthorized activities within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
