Work you'll do

As a Manager in the GPS HST Technology group, you will:

Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals

Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance

Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy

Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Collaborate with clients to understand and document business and technical requirements related to SNAP, and TANF, programs

Design and implement solutions to address compliance, error reduction, and process optimization in line with federal and state mandates

Lead and manage the Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) phases of Integrated Eligibility projects

Apply deep functional and technical knowledge of E&E, including eligibility modules, interface modules, and work requirement modules

Ensure successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects, driving measurable improvements in program performance

Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate effective communication, and align project objectives with organizational goals

Qualifications

Required:

Current state public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management

Experience implementing at least three or four Integrated Eligibility Systems in different states.

Hands-on expertise in the DDI phase of large-scale projects

Strong knowledge of SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid program requirements

In-depth understanding of eligibility, interface, and work requirement modules within Integrated Eligibility Systems

Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and process optimization

Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar digital transformation initiatives with significant impact

Bachelor's degree

Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Ability to manage small-mid size engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 to $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
