As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the financial institution setting.

Report and document any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual observations according to Allied Universal protocols.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Remain alert and attentive during patrols to help to deter disruptive behavior and maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
