Construction Project Engineer

About the Role:

We're hiring a Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals (0-3 years of experience) to gain hands-on experience, work with experienced mentors, and grow into future leadership roles - all while staying local with minimal travel.

What You'll Do:

Assist Project Managers with day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects

Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track

Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Maintain organized project documentation and reports

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field teams

Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

0-3 years of experience in construction or engineering (internships count!)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
