As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations within the hotel and/or resort environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including guest areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.

Document and report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to appropriate personnel.

Work collaboratively with hotel and/or resort staff to address concerns and support a welcoming environment for guests.

Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols for incident response, documentation, and communication.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
