Job Scope ????:

To maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of F&B outlets,functions,office and publicareas not covered by stewarding, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction andadhering to the standard required by our hotel.

Key Responsibilities????:

Tomaintain cleanliness of F&B outlets, Functions, Offices, and public areasnot covered by stewarding and gardener, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction andadhering to the standard required by our hotel.???????????????????????????(????????) ???,??????????????????.

Towork on a rotation basis within Housekeeping. To shampoo and upkeep carpets,upholstery and hard flooring in accordance to Hotel standards. ???????????,???????????????????.

Toreport for duty punctually in full regulation uniform.??????.

Toprovide a courteous and professional service all times.????????????.

Tomaintain good working relationships with your colleagues, and all otherdepartments.????????????????????.

Greetsand is courteous to all guests, uses eye contact and always offers assistance.?????????????????,???????????.

Tofollow up duties from the previous shift. ?????????????.

Tohandle equipment and cleaning supplies with care. ??????,??????.

Torespond to paging and follow up where cleaning is needed.????????????????

Attendto general cleaning of restaurants, offices and public area assigned to him/herperiodically by shampooing carpet, dusting and cleaning chandeliers, ceiling,A.C grills and other hard to reach fixtures and places asides form performinghis daily cleaning duties.??????????????????????????,???????,???????????.

Tomaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. ??????????????.

Tohave a complete understanding of and adhere to Hotel's policy relating to Fire& Emergency, hygiene, health and safety. ????????/????????????????????.

Torequisition and obtains supplies and cleaning material from linen room dailywith approval from superior ??????????????????????.

Toreport unusual incidents and suspicious looking characters to superiorimmediately. ??????????,????????.

Toreport on repair and maintenance requirements to supervisor.??????????,?????.

To reportitems found in public areas to Housekeeping Lost/Found directly as well as log.??????????????,????????????,??????.
