Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/PLACEMENT) of NETC HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE. Responsibilities You will review, receive, generate, and process electronic Requests for Personnel Action (RPAs) through the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) human resources information systems. You will discuss, relay, exchange, and resolve HR recruitment and placement related programs, processes, procedures, and strategic initiatives. You will find, review, and maintain up-to-date/current HR recruitment and placement related regulations, standards, directives, instructions, and strategic initiatives. You will prepare and distribute documents, emails, lists, and spreadsheets ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant HR recruitment and placement data and information. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for the GS-07,your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
