The Acupuncturist, in the field of integrative health and medicine reaffirms the importance of the relationship between practitioner and patient, focuses on the whole person, is informed by evidence, and makes use of all appropriate therapeutic approaches, healthcare professionals and professions to achieve optimal health and healing. Simply put, integrative health and medicine offer best practices for optimal health and healing. The Acupuncturist will provide acupuncture services to a variety of clients who suffer from conditions that are amenable to treatment with this modality. In addition to direct service delivery, the person in this position is also responsible for documenting the services provided, as well as communication with referral sources and other treating providers as needed.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Master's Degree. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Acupuncturist. 3. Formal training in acupuncture and completion of a professional educational program in a clinical health care specialty. 4. Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting. 5. Demonstrates a good understanding of holistic healthcare and integrative medicine . 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Minimum rate of $106,329.60 Annually

Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization. Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
