What You'll Do

Be the friendly voice that answers patient calls and schedules appointments.

Manage prior authorizations with precision and efficiency.

Welcome patients, take vital signs, and assist with rooming.

Handle patient intake and keep documentation accurate and up-to-date.

Support providers and nursing staff with both clinical and administrative tasks.

Respond to patient messages and medication refill requests.

Keep the day running smoothly by managing same-day requests and patient flow.

Work closely with one dedicated doctor to ensure top-notch care.

What We're Looking For

A customer service superstar with excellent communication skills.

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with EMR experience (EPIC preferred).

Certified through AAMA or ARMA (required).

Knowledge of clerical processes, insurance, and medical terminology.

Medical Assistant Diploma required; CMA/RMA certification is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
