As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to situations as they arise. Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Monitor access points and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Document and communicate any incidents, observations, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols according to Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
