Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and long-term Warehouse Operator Lead to support daily warehouse operations and provide consistent on-floor guidance to our team. The Warehouse Operator Lead works alongside the team, helping maintain smooth operations, safety compliance, and accuracy in a fast-paced parcel warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
On-Floor Leadership & Stability
Serve as a consistent on-floor point of contact during assigned shifts
Support daily task assignments and help keep workflow organized
Guide new hires and provide ongoing support to team members
Help maintain steady productivity and operational consistency
Communicate issues or concerns clearly to supervisors when needed
Daily Warehouse Operations
Perform picking, packing, sorting, loading, and unloading duties
Safely lift, carry, and move items up to 50-70 lbs. (approx. 23-30 kg) regularly
Use handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment accurately
Perform continuous walking, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
Reach up to approx. 6'8" and bend to access items on shelves or in bins
Safety & Work Standards
Follow and reinforce warehouse safety rules and procedures
Lead by example with proper lifting techniques and safe work habits
Maintain a clean, organized, and dependable work area
Requirements
Prior warehouse experience required
Forklift operation experience required (certification preferred; training available if needed)
Experience supporting or guiding others on the floor preferred
Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance record
Ability to lift and move items up to 50-70 lbs. (approx. 23-30 kg) frequently
Able to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
Comfortable with bending, squatting, and reaching overhead
Basic familiarity with handheld scanners (training provided if needed)
Detail-oriented with a steady, team-focused mindset
Willingness to work any day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays
Work Environment

Work volume may vary, especially during peak seasons

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
