Responsibilities for an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

· Provide moderately complex administrative and project support to individuals and departments

· Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, manage mail, order supplies, and support travel arrangements

· Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures

· Assemble, distribute, track, and verify data, reports, and project materials

· Manage confidential information and ensure compliance with quality and documentation standards

Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of related administrative or project support experience

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SmartSheet

· Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple projects and shift between administrative and project-based tasks

· Flexibility to travel up to 20% as needed

· Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Hybrid role)

Pay Details: $26.83 per week
