Job Title: Administrative Assistant (One-Year Project)

Location: Moore, OK

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.15 per hour

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant for a one-year project at a water treatment customer's site in Moore, OK. In this role, you will support daily administrative tasks, maintain records, and assist project team members to ensure smooth site operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist site visitors and team members

Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)

Organize and maintain physical and digital files

Prepare, edit, and distribute reports and documents

Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments

Support other staff with administrative needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Worksite:

This position is located on a water treatment customer's site. Candidates must be comfortable working in this environment and follow all safety protocols.
