As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol in Lima, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your presence and exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon11:30 AM - 10:30 PM

Tue11:30 AM - 10:30 PM

Wed11:30 AM - 10:30 PM

Thur11:30 AM - 05:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the retail location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.

Assist visitors, customers, and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Support access control procedures and monitor entrances and exits as required by site policies.

Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during assigned shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
