Atlantic Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate per diem Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Somerset County. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience - preferable homecare - as this position will treat patients in their homes independently.

What your day might look like?
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans based upon evidenced based practice.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members.
Communicate with patients and families.
Is this you?
Graduate of an accredited college/university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
Licensed to practice in New Jersey.
Caring and compassionate therapist who is willing to advocate for your patients.
Strong interest in participating in department improvements and participation hospital led initiatives.

Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required
Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required
Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
Minimum Experience:
1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred
License/Certification:
NJ License in Physical Therapy
BLS, preferred
