As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Houston, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel or resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will engage with guests and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or property loss.

Communicate with hotel and resort staff and guests to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Work in varying environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
