In this role you will be accountable to the General Manager of the Everett business, working in a cross-functional team of Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Quality professionals. You will lead a global team of Supply Chain professionals (both direct and indirect) in ensuring the team meets all cost, quality and schedule deliverables. This role is onsite in Everett, WA and is eligible for relocation. This role will require approximately 25% travel to ensure operational execution (key operations and teams are located in Everett, WA and the Philippines, as well as a global supply base)
What You Will Do
Effectively manage a global supply base to support cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
Develop and deploy supply chain best practices and manage key performance metrics.
Ensure the creation and execution of strategies to support supply chain and business objectives.
Drive improvements using customer feedback on the service provided by the team.
Manage complex supply challenges that often require extensive investigation and analysis.
Responsible for monitoring variances to plans and developing corrective actions.
Proactively forecast and mitigate risks around continuity of supply and cost impacts.
Review and assess requests for proposals, negotiate prices, and authorize purchases.
Prepare and deliver presentations to audiences of various levels and backgrounds.
Recruit, motivate, develop, and retain an appropriately skilled supply chain team.
Set objectives and guide the team on a structured approach for achieving results.
Utilize ability to influence others (including executive leadership) to align strategies.
Develop & maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, and suppliers.
Explain existing policies, best practices and procedures, ensuring the adherence of team to them.
Lead with a continuous improvement mindset improve productivity and business performance.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Experience in the Aerospace Industry
Proven track record of leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Qualifications We Prefer
Technical aptitude with ability to understand complex manufacturing processes
SAP knowledge and demonstrated usage
Advanced degree in business/supply chain/leadership preferred
Experience developing and implementing supply chain strategy
Significant experience working with suppliers and supporting program management

The salary range for this role is 137,000 USD - 275,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
