Content Marketing Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is a contract-to-permanent position that requires a strategic thinker capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies that support integrated marketing initiatives, including PR and social media campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the social media team to create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with organizational objectives.

Oversee the creation and editing of high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, press releases, and billboard messaging.

Manage both organic and paid social media content to maximize audience engagement and reach.

Provide strategic direction for corporate communications and ensure consistency in messaging.

Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.

Partner with creative teams to ensure content aligns with branding and marketing goals.

Stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI platforms, to enhance content development processes.

Coordinate with internal and external writers to ensure timely delivery of content.

Maintain a collaborative approach to work, fostering partnerships across departments. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in content management, strategy, and editing.

Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including PR and social media.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Expertise in blogging, content creation, and corporate communications.

Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used for content development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative environment.
