Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading and managing global marketing programs.
Experience with enterprise/LOB and developer customer segments.
Experience writing product and solution based differentiation messaging and building of associated assets for use in marketing programs and other activations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences, including leadership.

The Google Cloud Partner Marketing team is responsible for building and executing co-marketing plans that encompass joint messaging, asset creation, mind share and demand generation programs with our growing partner community. We measure our success through our influence on pipeline, marketplace and partner business generation metrics. We build and execute plans, activities and events with our ISV partners, product marketing, partner ecosystem leadership and regional partner marketing teams. This role is a critical part of fostering deep, strategic alliances that will shape the future of Google Cloud's business.
As a Partner Marketing Manager for ISV partnerships, you will operate as a dedicated marketing leader, guiding and accelerating co-marketing with strategic partners. You will define and execute strategies that drive market perception and demand to accelerate business growth. You will navigate cross-functional landscapes, influence key stakeholders, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve ambitious joint business objectives, delivering success for both Google Cloud and our ISV partners. You will create differentiated messaging that will drive the joint narrative for content, events, customer references, campaigns and more. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, adapting to change and communicating with influence across all internal and external organizations.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of co-marketing strategies with ISV partners.
Drive the creation of compelling joint messaging and content to differentiate Google Cloud and ISV partner solutions.
Integrate partner content into Google Cloud's marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and pipeline growth.
Oversee program management and analyze performance data to measure results and Return On Investment (ROI) for co-marketing activities. Manage co-funding dollars and agencies for marketing initiatives.
