Customer Service Representative (General)

Workplace Type: Fully Remote (Must reside in the U.S.)

Placement Type: 12-month contract

Pay Rate: $20/hour

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is primarily focused on order management and customer service support, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Perform order entry and place orders for customers using Oracle (training provided).

Monitor client portals for PO approvals, match approvals to corresponding orders, and close them out.

Look up and input order numbers in the system.

Support Sales Representatives in the Tennessee market.

Process 10-15 orders per day from a shared inbox with precision and efficiency.

Training

Duration: 2-4 weeks

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or order management preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.

Proficiency in basic computer applications; Oracle experience is a plus (training provided).

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Work Environment

Although fully remote, our team stays connected through chat and video meetings, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Portage, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
