A Quality Engineer is a crucial member of a manufacturing team responsible for ensuring products meet industry standards, meet customer expectations, and legal requirements. They work towards optimizing the quality of production processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. Their responsibilities include designing and implementing quality control systems, developing and conducting tests, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions when needed. Quality Engineers also conduct audits of manufacturing processes and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures that products meet quality standards and customer requirements
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products
Identifies and resolves quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes
Educates and trains employees in quality standards and procedures
Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation plans
Maintains quality documentation and records
Monitors and audits supplier quality
Continuously improves quality systems and processes.
Experience and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Manufacturing)
Experience 3-5 years
Excellent communication skills
MS Office
Knowledge and / or Certified in J-STD-001 and IPC -610

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00
Is this role subject to ITAR?
