The Job:
As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you'll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee. In this role you'll get to:
Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance)
Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to "Down in a Day" Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
Create and Document SOPs
Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines

Desired Experience & Education:
BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required
3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience

As the face of Supply Chain, the Customer Supply Chain Analyst leads the SBD to Customer Relationship, integrating the strategic objectives of both organizations to maximize execution of Customer Service, and provide value generating opportunities within the framework of Supply Chain Excellence. Aligns Customer CTQ's and initiatives with functional operating departments (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Sales, and Marketing) to attain sales revenue targets, on time performance, service level for the customer/channel.

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $62,800 to $100,200 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
