Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of expertise in Entra ID Governance and Microsoft 365 Security, helping customers design, implement, and optimize secure cloud solutions that drive digital transformation. If you thrive in high-impact consulting environments and can bridge business needs with technical execution, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers to design and deliver secure, scalable cloud architectures.

Lead technical engagements focused on identity governance and M365 security.

Provide guidance on best practices for Zero Trust security models, compliance, and risk management.

Utilize cloud security roadmap.

Conduct workshops, proof-of-concepts, and architecture reviews with customers.

Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and security excellence.

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of professional experience in cloud architecture, identity, and security.

Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID Governance (identity lifecycle, access reviews, privileged identity management).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security (Defender suite, compliance center, data loss prevention, threat protection).

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills

Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud security strategies.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or Identity and Access Administrator Associate.

Basic Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $92,250-$125,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
