What the Client is looking for:

1.) 2+ years of Excellent Customer service skills with excellent written and oral communication.

2.) 2+ years of troubleshooting complex PC/Laptop related problems (from password reset to network connectivity to adding new software)

3.) 2+ years of solid Microsoft environment knowledge/troubleshooting. (Must have Knowledge of Event Viewer)

Description

Our client is seeking a Bilingual help desk analyst to provide IT support to end user across North America. This position will be onsite 5 days a week in the Greensboro location.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues for products and services.

Deliver prompt, professional support to customers through phone, email, and chat.

Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to address their concerns.

Escalate advanced or specialized issues to the appropriate support teams.

Record all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the help desk system.

Conduct follow-ups to confirm full resolution and customer satisfaction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using help desk software and other relevant tools.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
