Your Opportunity:Precision Press Inc., a division of Taylor Corporation,is seeking anAccount Managerwhois responsible forproviding the customer with positive, consultative, and service-based experience.In this role, you will act as the projectmanagerliaison between the customer and manufacturing facility, to ensure projects are delivered on time to customer expectations whilemaintaininginternal profitability goals. Your Responsibilities: Gathering and understanding job specific requirements from the customer and/or sales representative to accurately enter jobs into production Communicating production schedules and updates to the customer, proactively managing production milestone dates, and tracking production status to ensure orders ship on time Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to resolve issues to ensure customer expectations are met Providing sales support, including product, pricing, schedule, capacity, and production related requests Managing multiple accounts,programs/projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment. Documenting andmaintainingaccount specific standard operating procedures Leading regular scheduled meetings with the customer to discuss the status of current orders, quality, and forecast opportunities Identifyingareas to streamline processes and reduce opportunities for error to support continuous improvement efforts Building andmaintainingstrong relationships based upon credibility,communicationand trust Facilitating internal and external project kick off meetings and post project reviews Preparing customer presentations, gathering performance metric data, andpresenting incustomer business review meetings Partnering with and mentoring less experienced team members May direct and lead the work of others Ensure proper on-time billing and reporting updates to the customer You Must Have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, strong organizationalskillsand ability to handle complex tasks Ability to solve problems effectively, respond to continually changingprioritiesand coordinate multiple projects Self-starter mindset, excitement around learning, team player attitude, and ability to handle daily work with minimal management direction Relies on experience and judgment to plan andaccomplishgoals Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook Theanticipatedannual salary range for this position is$45,000 - $57,000.The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just onecomponentof Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
