This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. The Financial Services Group provides services to private equity, hedge fund, broker dealer, fund to funds, and real estate fund clients. You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Serving as the engagement lead on specific client accounts, taking responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables. Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules. Continue to build a thorough understanding of all audits, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals. In managing a team of staff associates, including interns, you will provide regular performance coaching and feedback, while developing individual technical and industry skills. Effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership.YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required CPA designation is required 4+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required Financial Services industry experience preferred, but not required Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus * Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skillsStudies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
