Description

They're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is fast-paced and dynamic, perfect for someone who enjoys being the central point of contact. The position involves managing customer orders and ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional experience. You'll collaborate with customers, sales teams, and distribution centers to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing customer orders from start to finish

Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams

Resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly

Coordinating with sales and distribution to ensure seamless service

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greencastle, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
