Your role involves monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the front desk of a manufacturing and industrial location, providing a professional and welcoming presence.

Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.

Monitor access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and verify credentials of individuals entering the facility.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed according to site protocols.

Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor check-ins and check-outs, and document security-related incidents as required.

Communicate clearly and courteously with all individuals on site, and coordinate with Allied Universal management and/or client contacts as necessary.

Participate in emergency response activities from the front desk position, following established procedures for the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
