As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to alarms or incidents as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities in and around the facility.

Assist with controlling access to the premises and verifying the credentials of individuals entering the location.

Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and/or emergency responders as needed.

Document and report all incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.

Support the enforcement of site rules and regulations as directed by client policies and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
