Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Trainer)

Location: Chicago O'Hare Airport

Pay: $23-$25/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Contract Type: Temp-to-Hire (conversion after 90 days)

Client: Lufthansa

Are you tech-savvy and passionate about helping others learn? We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to support training efforts at Lufthansa's Chicago O'Hare location. This role blends administrative support with hands-on training and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:

Train new hires on systems and processes

Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot tech issues

Create and maintain training documentation

Use Excel and Microsoft Office tools to track progress and organize materials

Support team operations with general administrative tasks

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma (HSD) required

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting ability

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and support a team

What's in It for You:

High School Diploma (HSD), Excel proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency, basic IT troubleshooting skills, training or onboarding experience, documentation management, strong communication skills, organizational skills, ability to work independently, administrative support experience
