Edward Jones has developed a new wealth management offering tailored to meet the unique needs of high-net-worth (HNW) clients, and we need your help launching this new offering and brand, Edward Jones Generations®. We're looking for strategic thinkers and collaborators who have a strong background in the many complex needs of financial planning as well as a deep desire to put their clients first in everything they do. The Edward Jones Client Concierge support the Generations® team who provide an end-to-end, HNW client experience by partnering with our branch teams to provide ongoing client services including holistic financial planning, tax and estate planning services via trusted 3rd parties, plan implementation via expanding sets of Edward Jones products and services, and ongoing reporting and support.
This role leads a team of Client Concierge Specialists (CCS) that have a critical role in helping serve our high-net-worth clients. The Client Concierge Specialists work in collaboration with the Generations team and branch teams, overseeing workflows and tasks across all project planning phases. They will provide administrative assistance in client onboarding, coordinate tasks/milestones related to the implementation and execution of a clients financial/investment plan and deliver ongoing proactive support to ensure a seamless and ideal experience for both clients and branch teams. We work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, where we welcome fresh perspectives that allow us to continually exceed client expectations in an ever-evolving landscape. The team leader is expected to support running the service and operations aspects of our day-to-day business, including creating and ensuring alignment to all written supervisory (WSPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and oversight of risk associated with working directly with branch teams and clients. The team leader is also expected to hold the team accountable for exceeding business results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute team objectives and drive team performance (feedback, training & coaching) in support of department and firm objectives - Partner with Generations senior leaders to design and set key service and operational metrics for Generations team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch teams and key stakeholders across the firm; work directly through these relationships to support the delivery of the Generations experience.
Conduct periodic reviews of Generations service and operational delivery support and formulate recommendations and strategies to address branch, client, and generations team feedback
Use extensive experience, research, and seasoned judgment to plan, make decisions, and accomplish goals. Set standards of performance to ensure role accountability.
Monitor, track, and communicate progress through Generations project plans. Create clear plans to ensure that work is completed efficiently, error free, and on time.
Lead service and operational issues and risk identification and develop sustainable long-term solutions to improve the delivery of the overall Generations experience.
Identify, recommend, and prioritize solutions for Generations to enhance processes and/or systems to benefit branches and clients to deliver an elevated HNW client experience.
Partner with EJG Team leaders and other key stakeholders to design solutions to oversee the coordination of deliverables and outcomes across each phase of the Generations financial planning process, serving in the capacity of task identification, task tracking, and ownership of the project plan through completion while multitasking firm and team risk.
Partner with Generations Senior leaders and key stakeholders across the firm to continue to enhance the Generations delivery service model and enabling our Client Concierge Specialist to deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating Financial Advisor and client needs and positively impacting the client's experience with Edward Jones.
Develop and implement frameworks to provide ongoing proactive support through daily monitoring of the high-net-worth client accounts and coordinating with the Generations team to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests.
