Summary Serve as the Chief of the Budget and Manpower Division, in the Resources Management Directorate, DeCA Headquarters with responsible for overseeing the manpower management, organization structure, and budgetary (requirements) for the Agency. Responsibilities Provides broad administrative and policy direction on assigned programs. Reviews work for achievement of all overall program and agency goals. Plans, directs and administers financial management efforts, budgetary programs, and manpower utilization throughout the Defense Commissary Agency. Provides technical supervision of DeCA's total program and budget formulation and justification, determines funding strategies and program priorities, assuring balance of output, system capabilities and available resources. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications You must meet the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualifications for series 0501 and additional requirements by the announcement closing date.
