Delivery Driver

Deliver beer kegs and packaged beer to local restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other retail customers Collect empty kegs General warehouse duties as required Keep a clean work environment. Represent Ardennes at various events, festivals and promotions Clean & Valid Drivers License Experience driving a large van/truck Good knowledge of Finger Lakes, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Ithaca & Corning Passion for Craft Beer Ability to lift and move kegs and can cases on a regular basis Hands-on experience with manufacturing and inventory management Knowledge of beer offerings (flavors, ingredients, etc.) preferred Work collaboratively with other team members, including assisting with customer service as needed Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Positive attitude Ability to remain focused and level-headed under demanding situations Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in an environment with time constraints Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to develop, implement and maintain systems for brewing staff Ability to innovate and implement new ideas Strong communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and coworkers in a professional manner Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment Good problem solving skills as well as to troubleshoot any delivery or customer fulfillment related issues Ability to stand for long hours, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.
