As a Security Officer - Warehouse Access Control in Santa Fe Springs, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain order within a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and providing outstanding customer service to staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control measures at the logistics and distribution location.

Monitor and control entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches of site protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the logistics and distribution environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify any irregularities.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client procedures.

Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, supporting the overall security-related operations for the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
