Purpose of Role:
Marex is seeking a Securities Lending Operations Manager. This individaul will be an ambitious and proactive individual in mid-level position with the ability to work autonomously, and also as part of a team. Provide support to senior traders with orders.

Capital Markets is Marex's largest division, serving a wide range of clients with ever-increasing product scope and coverage. The Capital Markets division provides liquidity and hedging solutions in equities, credit, financing, FX and rates, and our execution platform encompasses electronic orders via most global trading venues, direct access to exchanges where required, intelligent arbitrage and risk minimization across a broad range of liquidity pools.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data.
Perform post-trade reconciliation
Develop new VBA and Python programs to support trade flow.
Develop trade generating tools based on collateral analysis.
Assist Senior traders with order flow and bookings.
Back up middle-office for trade bookings, trade reconciliation, and billings.
Work collaboratively with control and support functions including operations, treasury, risk, and finance.
Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
Carrying out regulatory activities under the Marex Capital Markets Inc. trading books.
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

Skills and Experience
Bachelors' degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
At leaset five (5)+ years related of Capital Markets product experience with strong knowledge of Securities Leading, Stock loan and related products.
Proactive mindset in keeping up to date with market research and incorporating into role efficiently.
Analytical skills, identifying opportunities and risks in a quick and decisive manner.
Comprehensive knowledge of the financial service markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
Experience with the infrastructure required to efficiently support the business.
Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
Experience in collateralized financing markets.
Salary Range: $150,000 to $250,000 per year base salary and eligible for discretionary bonus.
