Employees will be required to prepare, maintain, and operate farming equipment/machinery, such as tractors, seeders, drills, plows, sprayers, combines, grain carts, etc, to top dress, plant, harvest, and haul small grains and pulse crops from the fields to the holding facilities. Employees will be required to operate and maintain all fans, if any, on grain bins, along with being able to operate and move augers to correct grain bin locations. Employees will not be operating any equipment or vehicles over the 26,001Lb GVW weight limit. General farming duties such as servicing and repairing, along with basic facility maintenance/upkeep due to weather damage and everyday use.
Applicants must have three months experience with farm work. Applicants hired must hold a current/active Driver's license from their home Country, State and/or International Driver's licenses, as driving on public roads may be required.
