Job Description

This position involves the maintenance and upgrading of aircraft, requiring hands-on work with A&P and avionics. The role also includes handling scheduling and some client-facing duties.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and upgrades on aircraft.

Engage in hands-on work with A&P and avionics.

Manage scheduling for maintenance tasks.

Handle client-facing duties as needed.

Essential Skills

Active A&P license

5+ years of experience

Experience maintaining general aviation aircraft

Proficiency in aircraft maintenance and repair

Additional Skills & Qualifications

IA experience

Experience with Cessna aircraft

Work Environment

Work on the 1st shift, typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, in a smaller hangar with a team of five people

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Richmond, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
