Job Description: As **Mike Carpino Ford expands our Parsons location into its brand new facility, we are seeking a driven & motivated individual looking to take charge of their career and join our team as our new Customer Service Representative.

This role will have a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. These will include providing support to our employees and customers as well as assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.**

Job Duties: Build relationships & create customers for life.

**Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership.

Answer and direct phone calls.

Maintain a filing system.

Maintain office policies and procedures.

Order office supplies.

Maintain contact lists.

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.

Keep the reception area clean and clutter-free.

Greeting customers in a friendly, professional, manner.

Maintaining a professional, well-groomed, personal appearance.**

Job Requirements: **Effective and clear communication abilities to fellow employees and customers.

Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

Organization and attention to detail.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously.**
